fun adding color. We will be using Lanaset Dyes which work on Silk and wool.

Introduction to Rigid Heddle Weaving with D’Anne Craft

Saturday, November 14
Rigid HeddleHave you wanted to try out weaving? Knitters and spinners this is a great stash buster. Rigid heddle looms are an easy and inexpensive way to try weaving. Everything including the loom you will use is provided for this class, just come ready to have fun! Students will dress the loom and begin weaving a scarf or table runner in class. Looms will be checked out and weaving will be completed at home.

Tapestry Basics

TapestryDid you recently purchase one of the used tapestry looms CHH had for sale? Or have you got a tapestry loom you aren’t sure what to do with? Join Blaine Davis as he teaches you how to use your loom, the class will focus on warping your loom and cover basic skills. Weaving will be completed at home.
