- Notification via email: not later than 24 SEP (shipping instructions will be included in notification)
- Selected art work received: not later than 9 OCT
- Exhibit opens, reception, and awards: 13 OCT, 6-8 PM, (If not present, you will be notified via email)
- Exhibit closes: 17 NOV 2017
- Artwork returned
- Artists who shipped: 20-24 NOV
- Local artists should pick up their artwork at the galleries on 20 NOV during take down or make other arrangements
