Truckee River is an international, juried exhibit sponsored by the Handweavers Guild of America, Inc. (HGA) to showcase lengths of woven, constructed and/or embellished yardage. Any fiber arts technique may be used, but we encourage you to take inspiration from the fluid motion of the waters that flow through the heart of Reno, Nevada. Juried by Marcy Petrini, a contributing special features writer for Shuttle Spindle & Dyepot and the recepient of the Craftsman Guild of Mississippi, Inc.’s Lifetime Achievement Award, the exhibit will be held July 6-12, 2018 as part of HGA’s biennial fiber arts conference, Convergence®, taking place at the Peppermill Reno Resort in Reno, Nevada, USA.
Entry fees are $32 for HGA Members (Join Now) and $47 for Non-Members. Students attending an accredited educational institution may enter with no fee.
