Mary Brown, Barbara Kile, Tracy Kaestner, Lynn Gammon and Mary Welch will exhibit textiles from their collections. Patricia Day, Scharine Kirchoff, Diane Ferguson, Lynn Gammon and Pat Powell will have some of their items for sale in the Art League Gallery.

The Art League has a wonderful Gallery, exhibit space and teaching space. It is about an hour’s drive from Houston. There are several eateries nearby : Cork Grinders, Roosters, Dirty Bay bistro and the usual mall places: Olive Garden Jason’s Deli, Cheddars, etc.. There are also two tea rooms: Mustard Seed close to the Gallery and about 15 minutes away is Teapot Depot in Highlands which serves lunch only and requires a reservation. See their ads in “Tea in Texas.” Baytown has a Wetlands Center and the Goose Creek Museum is across the street from the Gallery. Make a day of your visit. Contact Mary Welch at for more information.
