A big “Thank You” goes out to multiple people who made this happen:

Jeannette Wilson has done a fabulous job of getting the information posted to the website. She has also created links to specific pages rather than having to go to the Conference Booklet for forms to fill out, for example. She will actively update the website as new information comes available.

Trish Ashton worked especially hard during this COVID year to find a variety of instructors and classes. I think she knocked it out of the park! There is something for everyone. You’ll have trouble deciding which ones to pick

Rasa Silenas, Cynthia Balentine, and Beth McMahon revised and reorganized the Members’ Exhibit and Fashion Show Rules & Regulations and Entry Forms. The forms are in the conference book and on the website. Table of Contents and the forms can be found on the website (again thanks to Jeannette Wilson)

When Nancy Summers volunteered her time and skills to do the Conference Book, I had no idea what a true gift that was to our members. From the font choice and size to the organization and formatting, the conference book offers an easy read, but choosing conference classes is difficult!!! The pdf file can be downloaded to your computer or phone for quick, convenient access..

Nancy used many embedded links throughout the conference book. Readers can click a link to skip from one section to another.
* From the Table of Contents, hover your mouse over a line until the cursor turns into a hand icon. Click the words and “magically” jump to the page. Every page has a link on the bottom right corner to take you back to the Table of Contents. When provided, the instructor’s website is included. There are also links to external websites and email addresses.

Nancy Nowak volunteered to be our “newbie” proofreader. Her perspective from having only attended one conference 5 years ago and her legal background gave us insight to things that some of us “just know” from attending multiple conferences. She read for clarity of class instructions and ease of use. She definitely made this a better resource.

I know that people really enjoy having a hard copy of the Conference Booklet, me included. Due to the cost of printing and mailing, this year we have decided to forego that line item expense. The book is easy to print for those of us that like to have those pieces of paper in hand.

CHT is a better organization due to these ladies’ hard work, attention to detail and love of our organization and conference. If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact me.

With deep appreciation & gratitude,
