“The CHH Library was moved at 9 am Sunday July 12, 2009 from Mary R’s home to the Upstairs Studio at 111 North Second Street, La Porte, Texas. I want to thank the following volunteers that helped before Sunday and that day. Dee Dee W. for going to Mary’s home to help with the move. That morning we had Rachael M., Nicole T., Tina C., Bryan N., Earl S., Caryn V., Mary, and Mary’s husband! Mary and Caryn stayed to put the books up in order. It looks really good and was done in record time because of all the help. So the library is here [Upstairs Studio] and ready to use. If you want a book to read you need to call 281-470-0108 or email upsstudio@att.net before 12 noon on the meeting day in order for me to pack it up. If you have library books to return please bring to the meeting. A big thank you again to all of you that helped.”
Thanks to Mary for hosting the library the last several years and to Clarice for finding it a new home!
