Pantone Color forecast: http://www.pantone.com. You can download a free color and trend report for fall 2011, and check out past forecasts as well.
Dharma Trading has dye recipes for the pantone colors for fall. Go to dharmatrading.com and search for Pantone.
There are many sites that discuss fashion trends. Here’s one Lynn likes. Color Trends for Fall/ Winter 2011/ 2012: MillionLooks.com.
