We’ve got some exciting classes in March, don’t miss out, sign up today!

Round Robin

Saturday, March 14

6 different weave structures (double weave, summer and winter, color and weave, satin, fancy twill and overshot) threaded, with 6 experienced weavers manning each loom. This is a great opportunity to try new weave structures without having to thread the loom. OR if you have woven on a rigid heddle and want a chance to try weaving on a floor loom this is your chance!

$100 – includes everything, you leave with 6 samples!

Plethora of Pick Up

Thursday, March 12

Are you ready to explore what you can do next on a rigid heddle loom? This one day class requires that you pre-warp your Cricket loom with 3/2 perle cotton (provided for you at Guild House). Using a pick up stick allows you to create a variety of lace patterns. DeeDee will guide you through a variety of finger manipulated weaves as well. Many of the techniques learn translate well to floor looms.

$80, includes 3/2 perle cotton and a pick up stick

Spinning Classes

Learn to Spin – Saturdays March 7/14 – If you have been wanting to learn to spin, now is the time! We need 2 more students for the class to be a GO!

Have a specific topic you’d like to work on, let our spin Doc Connie know and she will be prepared to help you out!

Saturday, Floor Loom Classes

Beginning Saturday, March 28th and April 4th

You asked for it, floor loom weaving classes on Saturdays. If you’ve had a class before the project class is for you. Pick a project you want to do and DeeDee will guide you through all the steps in the process.
