Rigid Heddle Next Steps: Color and Weave

Expand your weaving possibilities with your Rigid Heddle in this Next Steps class! Color and Weave is an exciting way to create patterns using plain weave and manipulating color placement.

In this class you will learn to read a basic weaving draft and follow it to warp the loom using two colors. You will also learn to weave with two colors to create patterns.

Bring your own loom or rent one of ours. Yarn included in fee.  You will need an 8 dent reed and 2 shuttles. Let us know if you need to rent a loom, send an email to – guildhouse@weavehouston.org.
