Marie lives in Austin, Texas with her husband who is a constant source of support and encouragement for all of her creative and professional endeavors. Through her company Living Felt, she fills her days building community, teaching and facilitating others in creative expression with wet felting, nuno felting and needle felting.
Vinitha’s botanically inspired nuno felted pieces were part of the Cat Walk II exhibition at the World of Threads 2018 Festival in Oakville, Ontario. As an active member of the felting community, she set up a Facebook page to share international workshop and exhibition information that has now become the Fiber Art School Facebook page.
